What is Gold-Filled?
Gold-Filled is the closest thing that you can get to solid gold in terms of quality and appearance. Gold-Filled is somewhat of a misnomer as it's not actually filled with gold, yet has a base metal and then heavily bonded with solid gold, Gold-Filled features 100+ amounts of solid gold than Gold-Dipped, and is perfect for those with allergies to metals. If you are able to wear solid gold without an allergic reaction you are safe with Gold-Filled. 

What is Gold Dipped?
Gold-Dipped is a base metal that is electroplated lightly with an exterior layer of gold, just not as much as Gold-Filled. Over time the gold can wear off revealing the base metal if not cared for properly, where Gold-Filled will not wear away - leaving it perfect. 

What is Gold Vermeil? 
Gold Vermeil is similar to Gold-Dipped, yet instead of a base metal, it's pure Sterling Silver beneath that beautiful gold layer. 

What is Sterling Silver?
Sterling Silver jewelry looks shiny, gorgeous, and bright when new. Eventually you will need to clean it with a jewelry cleaner to remove any tarnish. We use .925 sterling silver, the same quality as the finest jewelers in the world. This is pure silver mixed with copper to enhance strength and durability.

How do I care for my jewelry?
You'll receive a care card with all of your jewelry with quick tidbits for how to care for your new pieces. 

Here's some simple and easy to follow rules: 
  • Avoid direct contact with lotions and perfumes 
  • Try to put your jewelry on last, and remove it first to avoid any damage
  • It's best to keep your jewelry sealed in an airtight container when not worn
  • Avoid showering or swimming with your jewelry as this can damage it heavily 
  • Try not to keep your jewelry in your bathroom - humidity from the shower and bath are just as bad as direct prolonged contact
  • When needed, use a proper and nonabrasive jewelry cleaner to spiff up your pieces 

How do I place an order?
Find your favorite piece and customize it as allowed on the item page, add it to your cart, visit your shopping cart, confirm your order via checkout, and enter your payment information via the form or through checkout with PayPal.

When will my order ship?
All of our jewelry is handcrafted and made special just for you! During checkout the time for the item(s) to be made and shipped with be visible. After checkout you will receive a purchase receipt email, in that email will also be a link to your personalized order page with information regarding your order. Please refer to this page and your order will be updated with shipping information once shipped, but not before. 

What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products 100% and want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at and please provide your order number. Keep in mind, all items are handmade, and some superficial light scratches may appear in the jewelry but we do our best to keep great quality control, these are not considered imperfections and do not constitute a remake or exchange. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom items, items damaged via normal wear and tear - or heavy for that matter, or worn items. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your non-personalized purchase within 30 days, you may contact us to process a return and refund. To return an item please contact us at and provide your order number and the reason for which you would like to return your order, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label, of which the cost will be deducted from your refund; single items $5, multiple items up to $13 for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, International orders cannot be returned. Items deemed "lost in shipping" for more than 30 days within the USA after the package has shipped will qualify for a replacement order to be dispatched.
